You can use the bike for as long as desired. However, remember that the bicycle sharing system is a short-term sharing system. The bikes are used ONLY for the time needed and then we return them to one of the rental stations to be available to other users. In this way we avoid major charges and contribute to service other users. The maximum allowable time to cycle is 24 hours. After 24 hours from the beginning of the rental, the bicycle is considered stolen.
Get informed at the rental station or on-line for available parking spaces at each station and go to the nearest rental station from where you are to return the bike.
When you take a bike, you should check if it will take you safely to your destination. The main points that you should check are: tires, brakes, gears, lighting (if night) and the movement of the bicycle (the chain). If the bike has a problem, you can return it within a short time of receiving (free) and receive another. In this case inform about the system, stating the damage to the station or contact the support department and register the damage.
If you move systematically in town and looking for a hygienic, direct and economical way then it is best to become a subscriber. Subscribers have advantages such as direct access to the system by showing the electronic card EasyBike to rental stations and free time to use the system. On the other hand if you are a visitor to the city or move frequently, occasional access to the system by issuing codes either on-line or at your rental station gives the opportunity to use the system without being a subscriber.
The charging process of your credit card is certified by VISA – MASTERCARD and governed by the strictest safety rules or done on-line or in special certified card readers to rental stations. Certification in on-line connections made through redirection to the bank environment while at the stations via Chip & Pin technology.
However, in case of using your credit card to rental stations you should always check to someone not watching you to steal your card details and / or passwords.
